Superintendents are responsible for the onsite day to day running of a project. They are the company’s representative in the field to the owner, architect, subcontractors, and suppliers and link from the jobsite to the Guho Corp office. Their duties include the day to day coordination of a job site to deliver a project on time, at or under budget, and with the Guho Corp quality that has set the industry standard.
A Superintendent needs to possess the abilities to multitask, put their tool belt on when needed, be ready to give 110%, have innovative thoughts, and have good people skills.
Three years of superintendent experience in the commercial construction industry and an exhibit in continued education is desired.
