The Project Manager’s function is to oversee and facilitate all aspects of estimating, scheduling, procurement, construction, and close-out of multiple projects. Their involvement in the process starts with pre-bid and pre-construction meetings and continues through job close-out, warranty, and providing ongoing customer satisfaction.
A college education is desired, as well as, five years of experience in the capacity of a project management or a superintendent in the commercial construction industry.
