Leku Ona was the remodel of an existing structure that was transformed into a Basque restaurant, consisting of three floors, totaling 8,938-sf. The project consisted of the complete gutting of the existing building and reinforcement of the structure. Added to the building was an elevator, a commercial kitchen, the exterior street was improved, and second story outdoor seating trellis covering was added.  The interior was complete with a custom design bar, a wall mural, and sky lighting. The project also included the development of a six room hotel for overnight guests.
