Leku Ona was the remodel of an existing structure that was transformed into a Basque restaurant, consisting of three floors, totaling 8938 sqft. The project consisted of the complete gutting of the existing building and reinforcement of the structure. Added to the building was an elevator, a commercial kitchen, the exterior street was improved, and second story outdoor seating trellis covering was added.  The interior was complete with a custom design bar, a wall mural, and sky lighting. The project also included the development of a six room hotel for overnight guests.
