Idaho Gastroenterology Endoscopy Center is a 9,000-sf single story building located of of Overland Blvd in Meridian, Idaho in the Mountain View Plaza. This design build facility features six exam rooms, four doctor's offices, clean storage, a nurses' station, two reception areas, two waiting areas, a business office, seven restrooms, two operating rooms, four recovery rooms, four preparatory rooms, a decontamination room, a utility room, and a break room. This state of the art facility was a complete turnkey project, including land sale and 5 acre site development.
