Idaho Gastroenterology Endoscopy Center is a 9,000 sq.ft. single story building located of of Overland Blvd in Meridian, Idaho in the Mountain View Plaza. This design build facility features six exam rooms, four doctor's offices, clean storage, a nurses' station, two reception areas, two waiting areas, a business office, seven restrooms, two operating rooms, four recovery rooms, four preparatory rooms, a decontamination room, a utility room, and a break room. This state of the art facility was a complete turnkey project, including land sale and 5 acre site development.
