Capital Eye Care was a project that included the completion of 7,042-sf building, both shell and core, that included a 1,442-sf basement. The project consisted of four exam rooms, two doctor’s offices, a business office, a lab, and a children's waiting area. The interior was furnished with customs cabinets throughout, travertine tile in the lobby, an optical retail area, and special-ordered oversized doors.
