The BSU Bookstore was a fast track project that had to be completed between the close of spring semester and the start of fall semester. The project consisted of the bookstore and an adjacent 1,066-sf Bronco Shop. The existing space was given a complete gut and renovation, installation of new millwork, floor, and ceiling finishes, as well as re-plumbing of existing kitchen facility in attic space. It was discovered during construction that all of the current drain lines for the commercial kitchen had deteriorated and needed to be replaced, work was scheduled and completed in the original, tight time frame.
